Returns & Refund Policy

1. Made-to-Order Items (Important)

All items sold by Descend Deepwater are made to order, meaning each product is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, our products are considered custom-made goods and are non-returnable.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom-made items are exempt from standard cancellation and return rights.
 

2. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Preference or dissatisfaction with style

  • Accidental orders

Please ensure you carefully review product details and sizing before placing your order.
 

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

We will only offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or

  • Issue a refund where appropriate
     

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

As all items are made to order, production typically starts shortly after purchase.
 

5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

If an order is returned to us, reshipping may require an additional fee.
 

6. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible

  • We will investigate with the shipping provider

Resolution will depend on the courier’s findings.
