2. Made-to-Order Products (Important)

All products sold by Descend Deepwater are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Items are not pre-made or held in stock

• Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed

• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has started

Due to the personalised nature of these goods, they are exempt from cancellation and return rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
 

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom and internationally.

• Processing time: 2–7 business days

• Shipping times: vary depending on destination

• Delays may occur due to couriers, customs, or high demand
   

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping details

• Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges (for international orders)

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
 

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to all items being made to order:

This policy is in line with UK law regarding custom-made goods.
 

5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

• The item is damaged upon arrival

• The wrong item was received

To qualify:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide clear photographic evidence

We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet these conditions.
 

6. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, or is lost in transit:

• Contact us and we will investigate with the courier

• Resolution will depend on the courier’s findings

We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
 

7. Product Descriptions & Sizing

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and sizing information are accurate.

However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences

• Customers are responsible for reviewing size guides before purchase

We are not responsible for sizing issues resulting from customer selection.
